Translation

On May 26, Vissel Kobe held a welcome event at the Noevir Stadium Kobe to welcome midfielder Andres Iniesta, who joined J1 team Vissel Kobe from Spanish La Liga team Barcelona. "It's a big challenge for me. I want to win the J. League and become Asian champions with Kobe," he said enthusiastically.

Iniesta will wear the No. 8 shirt. When he walked the red carpet and arrived on the field, the stadium erupted in applause and cheers. He seemed to enjoy himself as he showed off his impressive kick-up skills and kicked a ball into the stands.

Iniesta was selected for the Spain national team for the World Cup in Russia, which kicks off in June.
