Narita Airport runway closed after cargo plane makes emergency landing
The seven crew members aboard the plane were not injured, a transport ministry spokesman said.
Singapore Airlines said a flight landing at Narita Airport in Chiba Prefecture had "experienced a technical issue with its brakes upon landing."
