Suspect at large after theft of 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' card worth ¥5 million
According to the police, the suspect appeared to be in his early 20s and was wearing a black jacket and black pants.
Takayuki Kagoshima, 55, was apprehended by immigration operatives on March 4 based on a warrant for theft and is currently detained in the Philippines.

Kazuto Inaba, a resident of Tokyo’s Edogawa Ward, was arrested shortly after noon on Tuesday at the Kameido branch of Mizuho bank. He has already confessed to the crime, citing financial difficulties.
