Nationalist leader predicts constitutional revision in 10 years
The head of the country's largest nationalist lobby group told reporters Wednesday that he believes Japan's pacifist Constitution will be revised in 10 years and that the country will turn into "a normal nation" thanks to the results of Sunday's Upper House election.

No tax hike, no spending spike so Japan to slash growth outlook to 0.9% from 1.7%
The government is expected to cut its growth projection for the Japanese economy for fiscal 2016 to 0.9 percent in price-adjusted terms from 1.7 percent due to the absence of last-minute purchases, given the postponement of the consumption tax hike, sources said Tuesday.
