Hamo is the perfect complement to a friendly and quiet home
The beautiful white Hamo is actually quite shy, but if it’s a camera he's posing for then he’ll ham it up. Shy though he is, Hamo loves to be stroked and now that he’s in a smaller area with his best bud, Eso, he has become more and more affectionate.

A pair of kittens will make the perfect pets
Double double, no trouble: When a woman in Shiga Prefecture found 10 cats in a park, she contacted ARK and together they were successful in helping the litter. Two of those are black beauties that we're featuring in Adopt Me! this week.

You simply can't get enough of this Yokan
There's a very sweet Japanese dessert called yōkan that's delicious, but can take some getting used to. Our Yokan, however, may just be the sweetest cat you’ve ever met and he is irresistible from the get-go.

Choco is new to the world, about 3 months new. And, incredible though it may seem, he was already spotted by a scout who knew talent the moment he saw it.

A classy cat with a nose for food and fun
Botamochi came to ARK only a few months ago, after his owner unfortunately had to be hospitalized. The 9-year-old handsomely marked male is taking the upheaval in stride.

There's more than one way to a cat's heart
This gorgeous green-eyed fellow’s name is Mitsuo. He was rescued as one of eight kittens back in 2017 and though his kind rescuer was able to find homes for his seven siblings, Mitsuo was the odd one out.

Odairi is hoping for a pal to hang with
Odairi is a lovable tabby who had to be given up when his owner became ill. A "dignified and mature cat" at 12 years old, Odairi is currently in foster care and, after losing his best feline friend, is in serious need of some love and lots of one-on-one attention.
