The undefeated Kansas City Chiefs will try to match the best start in team history when the two-time reigning Super Bowl champions host the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
Patrick Mahomes, a two-time NFL MVP and three-time Super Bowl champion, is off to the best start of his eight-year career at 8-0, while the team's best start is 9-0, which it achieved in 2003 and matched in 2013.
"It's just we're a really good football team, and whatever it takes that day, guys are going to step up and make the play," Mahomes said.
