Chasing an elusive Olympic gold medal will be one of Novak Djokovic's main goals for next season, even though the 24-time Grand Slam champion knows he will have to be physically and mentally ready to cope with a crammed schedule.
Djokovic won bronze at the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing, but fell short in London, Rio, and in Tokyo two years ago. The Serbian will turn 37 before the Paris Olympics, but remains in good shape after winning three of the four Grand Slam events in 2023.
The world No. 1 also reached the Wimbledon final this year, but was beaten in five sets by Carlos Alcaraz, and is in no mood to slow down.
