Naomi Osaka said she is filtering out any negativity in her preparation for the claycourt season as she continues to heal from being heckled during a loss in the second round at Indian Wells last month.
The four-time Grand Slam champion was broken in the first game at the tournament in California when a fan shouted "Naomi, you suck" and Osaka could later be seen wiping away tears.
The Japanese star said she was focusing on positive things ahead of the Madrid Open, which begins May 1.
