The sheer size of the B. League, the 45-team, three-division league is a real cause for concern. What the JBA, fueled by the Japan 2024 Task Force and rubber-stamped by FIBA, has created might look impressive on paper, but in reality the B. League, set to launch in the fall of 2016, is, until proven otherwise, a monstrosity.
