Evergreen striker Kazuyoshi Miura scored his second goal of the season on Sunday to extend his record as the J. League's oldest scorer.

Miura, at the age of 48 years, 1 month, 24 days, scored in the first half of Yokohama FC's second-division match against V-Varen Nagasaki. The match ended in a 2-2 draw.

The goal came just two weeks after the former Japan international netted in a 3-2 defeat to Jubilo Iwata.

Zico holds the record as the oldest scorer in the first division at 41 years, 3 months, 12 days, which he set in 1994 with Kashima Antlers.
