Like teammate Cohey Aoki did in Saturday's series opener, Rizing Fukuoka star Josh Peppers carried his team on the offensive end on Sunday afternoon.
Peppers poured in 33 points (three more than Aoki had a day earlier) and added 19 points and 10 rebounds to complete the triple-double in a 105-82 victory over the visiting Bambitious Nara.
Cyrus Tate and Aoki scored 15 points apiece and John "Helicopter" Humphrey finished with 14 as the Rizing (10-28) won their third straight game under bench boss Joe "Jellybean" Bryant. Kirk Van Slyke and Hajime Ono each scored nine points, with Ono collecting four steals.
