The Orix Buffaloes just keep finding ways to win games early in the season.
Orix lost the lead with two outs in the bottom of the ninth and took it back on Takuya Hara’s tie-breaking RBI double in the 10th to edge the Seibu Lions 2-1 on Friday night at Seibu Dome.
"You just have to take it pitch-by-pitch in a game like this," Buffaloes manager Hiroshi Moriwaki said. "That's what we did yesterday as well," he said, referring to Orix's come-from-behind 7-5 win over the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters in Kobe on Thursday.
