The Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters said Wednesday they have acquired minor league pitcher Dustin Molleken from the Colorado Rockies organization.

Molleken, 27, a 196-centimeter right-hander who played for Triple-A Colorado Springs this year, has no major league experience. He posted a 3-0 record with one save and a 5.18 ERA in 40 games for the Rockies' affiliate this season.

"From what I can tell from video of him, I can say that he has a flexible form, and both his fastball and slider are good," said Fighters manager Hideki Kuriyama, who is expected to pitch Molleken out of the bullpen.
