Top-ranked fighter Aaron Cook will appeal a decision by GB Taekwondo to exclude him from the British team for the London Games to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Cook, who was overlooked for a place in the 80-kg class in favor of Lutalo Muhammad, appealed the decision to the British Olympic Association.
In a statement released Sunday, Cook says "CAS is set up to deal with Olympic disputes quickly and efficiently. It is the perfect and correct court to hear this case."
