Shinji Kagawa will earn around €60,000 ($75,000) a week after he finalizes his move from German champion Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United, according to German media.

A report Tuesday in the online edition of Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ) said the length of Kagawa's contract with the English Premier League giants will be four years and will carry a yearly wage of €3.2 million ($4 million).

Dortmund is expected to be paid €16 million ($20 million) plus performance-related add-ons for the Japanese midfielder.

United announced Tuesday it had agreed terms with Dortmund on a transfer for the 23-year-old, who is currently in Japan on national team duty for World Cup qualifying.

The deal is subject to a medical and the issuance of a work permit. Both are expected to be completed by the end of June, United said Tuesday.
