Mitsuo Yoshikawa limited the damage to one run in five gritty innings, Eiichi Koyano and Terrmel Sledge homered, and the Nippon Ham Fighters beat the Lotte Marines 3-1 to extend their winning streak to four games on Sunday.
Yoshikawa (1-1) gave up three hits, struck out four and walked five as he struggled with his command but won his first decision since May 1, 2008.
Hisashi Takeda had a perfect ninth for his second save. Rookie lefty Takahiro Fujioka (1-1) took the loss at QVC Marine Field.
