The Tokyo Sail and Power Squadron will be offering preparatory classes in English for people seeking to obtain a boat license to skipper a vessel of up to 20 tons equipped with engine(s) within 9 km off shore (Class 2) or a Class 1 license, which allows operations beyond that limit.
The TSPS classes will be held on Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 11 and 17, all starting at 7 p.m. for about two hours each night in the Shibuya area The test in English will be held on Oct. 19 starting at 9 a.m. at a location decided by the JMRA.
