Terrmel Sledge stole the show with three home runs and eight RBIs in a 5-for-5 outing, powering the Yokohama BayStars to a 9-5 victory over the Hanshin Tigers on Saturday.
Sledge led off the third with a shot to center to open the scoring and hit a grand slam to overturn a 4-2 deficit into a 6-4 lead in the seventh. He made his encore performance in the eighth with a three-run blast -his 17th homer of the season.
Craig Brazell hit a pair of homers and went 3-for-4 for the Tigers.
