Yuki Saito is ready to rejoin the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters after the rookie right-hander held the Yomiuri Giants to two earned runs in seven innings in his final minor-league appearance Tuesday.

"It was my best outing in the farm," Saito said. "Now I just have to see how well I can pitch against the teams up there."

Saito, who has been deactivated since May 8 with a strained left oblique muscle, wrapped up his rehab work in a 12-3 win for the Fighters.
