The Japan Basketball League announced the final standings for the 2010-11 season, which ended its regular-season schedule early due to the massive earthquake and disasters in the eastern part of Japan, on Friday.
However, the JBL won't have a championship team or a runnerup this season because the playoffs were also called off.
The standings are based on winning percentages through March 6. The Aisin Sea Horses (26-10) are in first, ahead of the Panasonic Trians (26-10) based on head-to-head point differential, followed by Toyota Motors Alvark (23-13), Toshiba Brave Thunders (17-19) and four other squads.
The league also released its individual stat leaders. Link Tochigi Brex guard/forward Takuya Kawamura led in scoring (19.5) for the third straight year, while Aisin's J.R. Sakuragi was No. 1 in assists (3.9) and Hitachi Sunrockers star Joji Takeuchi was first in rebounds (12.2).
The season awards will be announced on April 1.
