The Hawks left-hander tossed a one-run complete game as Fukuoka Softbank sank the Chiba Lotte Marines 3-1 in Game 2 of the Pacific League Climax Series final stage on Friday night.
The Hawks, who entered the series with one-win advantage, are now up 2-1 in the PL championship games.
