Kim Tae Kyun and Saburo Omura drove in two runs apiece as the Chiba Lotte Marines snapped their four-game losing streak with a 7-3 win over the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks and moved into second place in the Pacific Standings on Wednesday.

Kim hit a two-run double to put Lotte ahead 4-3 with two outs in a fifth inning that also featured Omura's two-run triple and Naotaka Takehara's RBI double, all off Shinsuke Ogura (3-5), at Chiba Marine Stadium.

At Osaka's Kyocera Dome, Takeshi Hidaka hit a game-ending, two-run homer in the ninth inning as Orix rallied past Tohoku Rakuten.

Down 2-1, Aarom Baldiris led off the ninth with a single before Hidaka followed with a drive to right off Tsuyoshi Kawagishi (2-3). Mamoru Kishida (5-4) allowed a run in the ninth.

At Nishinomiya's Koshien Stadium, Kazuhiro Wada had a tiebreaking RBI single in the eighth inning, Chen Wei Yin threw one-run ball over 7 2/3 innings and Chunichi edged Hanshin. Chen (5-7) scattered seven hits, all singles, struck out three and walked none. Hitoki Iwase got the final two outs for his 22nd save.

At Hiroshima's Mazda Stadium, Yomiuri shortstop Hayato Sakamoto had a game-tying sacrifice fly in the ninth inning and the go-ahead run scored when second baseman Akihiro Higashide committed an error on Yoshinobu Takahashi's base hit in the next at-bat.

Kiyoshi Toyoda (1-1) got the win in relief and Marc Kroon worked the ninth for his 14th save. John Bale (0-2) was charged with the loss.
