Takayuki Kishi threw a two-hitter for his second shutout of the season and Hiroyuki Nakajima hit a two-run homer as the Seibu Lions downed the Chunichi Dragons 9-0 on Sunday.
Kishi (8-3) struck out nine, walked none and did not allow a runner to reach third base at Nagoya Dome. He retired the last 14 batters he faced.
"I haven't been contributing to the team in my last two outings, so today I was determined not to allow them to score first and to help my team win," Kishi said.
