The Orix Buffaloes will stage their annual American Night on May 29 at Kyocera Dome in Osaka. Orix's game against the Tokyo Yakult Swallows is set to begin at 6 p.m.
The festivities will include a special U.S.-themed concession stand menu throughout the game and "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" will be performed during the seventh inning. Canadian Academy students will sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the game.
T-shirts (XL size only) will be given to the first 3,000 fans who pass through the gates.
Bob Ford, the public address announcer for the Houston Astros, will handle the same duties for this game.
