Veteran left-hander Kimiyasu Kudo, who has been released by the Yokohama BayStars, is rejoining the Seibu Lions, the club said Saturday.

The 46-year-old Kudo, the oldest active player in Japanese baseball, is scheduled to be unveiled by the club he spent the first 13 seasons of his career at a news conference on Monday.

He was 2-3 with a 6.51 ERA in 46 games with the BayStars this season.
