Mario Jointer scored the go-ahead basket with 4:33 remaining in overtime, leading the Saitama Broncos to an 82-81 road win over the Niigata Albirex BB on Saturday.
Jointer finished with 22 points, six rebounds and four assists to help Saitama improve to 2-7 in the bj-league.
Teammate Terrence Woodyard had 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Haruhito Shishito scored 11 points and Daiki Terashita poured in eight.
