Daisuke Miyazaki will have a tryout with Spanish top-flight club Alcobendas, handball sources said Saturday.
According to the sources, Miyazaki, who had an unsuccessful trial last month in Spain with Barcelona and also tried out for Granollers, is set to leave Japan on Monday for a three-day practice session with Alcobendas.
Miyazaki, known for his powerful, jumping shots despite a diminutive 173-cm frame, ended a three-year contract with Osaki Electric Co. at the end of April.
