Shinsuke Kashiwagi scored 23 points and J.R. Sakuragi added 17 to lead the Aisin Sea Horses to a 67-62 series-clinching victory over the Tokyo Alvark in Game 2 of the Japan Basketball League semifinals on Sunday at Tokyo's Yoyogi Gymnasium Annex.
Aisin, the defending JBL champion, will meet the winner of the Panasonic Trians-Hitachi Sunrockers series in the finals.
For the Alvark, Michael Takahashi put a team-best 20 points on the board and Charles O'Bannon had 13.
Panasonic evened the best-of-three series at one apiece by beating Hitachi 79-72 on Sunday. Hiroyuki Kinoshita paced the Trians with 19 points, Jerald Honeycutt added 13 and Atsushi Ono and Takumi Hamada had 10 apiece.
Forward Tyler Smith was the Sunrockers' top scorer, getting 22 points on 10-for-11 shooting.
