YOKOHAMA (Kyodo) Yokohama F. Marinos have succeeded in their bid to keep key defender Yuji Nakazawa at Nissan Stadium for the 2009 season.
The Japan international had been targeted by Omiya Ardija and Vissel Kobe but signed a new deal Wednesday with the J. League first-division club he has played for since moving from Tokyo Verdy in 2002.
