Toritani homered twice and Tsuyoshi Shimoyanagi delivered a quality start as the Tigers staved off elimination by defeating the Chunichi Dragons 7-3 in Game 2 of the first stage of the Central League Climax Series in front of a raucous crowd on Sunday night at Kyocera Dome.
