Shogo Akada led the offense with four hits and two RBIs and Takayuki Kishi pitched seven scoreless innings Saturday as the Seibu Lions ended the Orix Buffaloes' winning streak at seven games with a 7-1 victory.

Seibu took a 2-0 lead in the second inning on back-to-back RBI singles from Toru Hosokawa and Akada before Takeya Nakamura made it 3-0 in the fifth with his Pacific League-leading 36th home run at Kyocera Dome.

Akada hit another run-scoring single in the seventh to help the Lions build a seven-run lead through seven innings and push their league lead back to seven games over Orix, which avoided a shutout with Alex Cabrera's ninth-inning leadoff shot, his 33rd homer of the season.
