Akihiro Yano and Kentaro Sekimoto drove in three runs apiece, powering the Central League-leading Hanshin Tigers to their fifth win in a row in a 9-4 victory over the Yokohama BayStars on Saturday.

Yano, who went 4-for-4 with a walk, hit a two-run homer with two out in the second inning and Sekimoto went 3-for-5, featuring a bases-clearing double that stretched Hanshin's lead to 5-0 in the fourth at Yokohama Stadium.

Yuya Ando (7-4), who made his first start since May 29, set the pace pitching five shutout innings. Takumi Nasuno (5-9) was chased, allowing five runs in three-plus innings.

Larry Bigbie and Tatsuya Ozeki hit solo shots for Yokohama.
