The expansion Shiga Lakestars have agreed to contractual terms with two veteran Osaka Evessa players, the bj-league announced Tuesday.
Guard Haruyuki Ishibashi, 36, played in nine games last season for the Evessa, who won their third straight title. Center Hirotaka Sato, 26, appeared in eight contests.
The Lakestars held a tryout on June 8. Coach Robert Pierce and the team's front office are assembling the team's roster piece by piece.
