Chunichi Dragons infielder Norihiro Nakamura fulfilled the conditions for free agency for the second time in his career on Monday, but said he will not exercise his right. Nakamura, 34, exercised his right to become a free agent in 2002 when he backed out of a deal to play for the New York Mets at the 11th hour and opted to remain with the Kintetsu Buffaloes. "I'm not interested (in free agency)," Nakamura said. "I'm also not interested in playing for other teams."
