Chunichi Dragons right-hander Kenshin Kawakami met the requirements to become a free agent, but declined to comment on the matter Sunday. "I'm not going to talk about free agency. I'll just concentrate on the season," said Kawakami, who has a 103-67 career record with a 3.28 ERA over 10-plus seasons.
