Japan's Under-23s continued their preparations for this summer's Beijing Olympics with a 1-1 draw at home to Angola's senior national team on Thursday. Yohei Toyoda gave Japan the lead early in the second half, but the African squad equalized through substitute Diangi 14 minutes from time and withstood late pressure from Yasuharu Sorimachi's side to claim a share of the spoils.
