Masaya Nakagawa delivered a game-tying RBI double and defending champion Tokoha Gakuen Kikugawa rallied past Meiho in a 6-4 win to advance to the third round of the national high school invitational baseball tournament on Monday. Toshiki Togari reached on an infield hit, stole second and came home on Nakagawa's double before the Shizuoka school scored the go-ahead run on an error in the decisive inning. Togari pitched a complete game at Koshien Stadium. In other second-round action, Keisuke Saito struck out 13 in a complete-game shutout as Chiba Keidai Fuzoku blanked Okayama's Kojokan 3-0. Yuya Tani, Shinichi Kubota and Saito drove in runs in a three-run fourth inning for the Chiba school.
