Wide receiver/kick returner Noriaki Kinoshita is going to participate in the second round of the NFL's International Player Development Program, which will be held in London from March 27-30, NFL Japan announced Tuesday. The purpose of Kinoshita's participation is not aimed at making an international practice squad, but to be ready if he is again invited by an NFL team this summer. The 25-year-old Kinoshita, a former All-NFL Europa player who was invited to the Atlanta Falcons' preseason training camp last summer, has been working out and practicing his English at the University of Hawaii since last November. He will join eight other Japanese players who made the cut after the first round of the development program in Barcelona, Spain, last month.
