Shunsuke Watanabe threw four perfect innings and Shoitsu Omatsu homered for the second straight game as the Chiba Lotte Marines beat the Hanshin Tigers 3-0 in a preseason game Sunday. Watanabe and five other Lotte pitchers combined on a two-hitter, while Omatsu broke a scoreless tie in the seventh with a two-run shot off Tomoyuki Kubota at Skymark Stadium. Yuya Ando, a candidate for Hanshin's opening day starter, pitched four scoreless innings.
