Free agent left-hander Kazuhisa Ishii appeared impressed with an offer from the Seibu Lions after the two sides met Saturday for the second time this offseason. "I think I've got everything I need to make a decision," said Ishii, the former major-leaguer who filed for free agency from the Yakult Swallows earlier this month. "They (the Lions) were as eager as they had been in our first meeting in asking me to join them." Ishii plans to come up with a decision by next Friday after holding talks Tuesday with the Swallows, who hope to re-sign him. "I thought his interest in our organization had definitely grown. He asked us about our training environment and some other things he should only ask about if he is thinking of joining us," Seibu President Shinji Kobayashi said.
