Yoshihisa Naruse pitched his third complete-game shutout of the season and Daisuke Hayakawa played key offensive roles as the Chiba Lotte Marines beat the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters 2-0 on Sunday.

Naruse (11-1) allowed five hits, walked none and struck out eight in winning his fifth straight decision. Hayakawa put Lotte on the board with a first-inning sacrifice fly and scored in the eighth on a Kazuya Fukuura RBI single after hitting a leadoff triple.

Ryan Glynn (9-7) was charged with one unearned run and three hits in 6 2/3 innings at Sapporo Dome.
