ALBERTVILLE, France (AP) Florent Malouda is heading to Chelsea. Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas said Sunday that Chelsea paid 20 million euro ($27 million) for the France winger. The length and terms of the contract were not available. He is the second France international to leave Lyon in the offseason.
