Kosuke Fukudome and Kazuki Inoue homered and Kenta Asakura pitched six-plus effective innings as the Chunichi Dragons beat the Hiroshima Carp 6-2 to end their four-game skid in the Central League on Tuesday.

Hirokazu Ibata hit a one-out double in the fourth after the first 10 Dragons were retired by Hiroshima lefty Ken Takahashi (1-3) and Fukudome followed with a two-run drive over the right-field fence to break a scoreless tie at Fukui prefectural stadium.

Inoue made it 3-0 with a leadoff shot in the fifth before Motonobu Tanishige doubled and scored on an RBI single by Ibata to give the Dragons a four-run cushion.
