An investigative committee on the Seibu Lions' scouting scandal said Wednesday it did not find any new improper money deals after reporting two weeks ago that the club paid 170 amateur baseball supervisors monetary rewards for acquiring new players over a period of 27 years until 2005.

On April 25, the committee plans to submit a final report to the Pacific League club, which has admitted to paying seven amateurs under the table and paying 15 rookies signing bonuses that exceeded the upper limit set in 1994.

"We've finished all the hearings, and there was no new case of improper conduct," committee head Masaru Ikei said after the committee's fifth meeting in Tokyo.
