Tokyo Apache forward Shoji Nakanishi has injured the ACL in his right knee, and his teammate and guard Kohei Aoki is going to undergo surgery to remove bone chips in the joints of both legs, the bj-league club announced on Wednesday.
Nakanishi will need three months to recover, but will not have surgery. Aoki will remain hospitalized for a month after the surgery before starting physical rehabilitation, the team stated in a press release.
