The Toyota Alvark won their second straight JBL Super League title and third overall after a 95-74 win over the Mitsubishi Electric Melco Dolphins in Game 3 of the playoff final Wednesday.

Toyota came back from a 24-22 deficit after the first quarter to take a 47-38 halftime lead at Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium and went on to claim a double title for the 2006-2007 season, coupled with the national basketball championship crown. Tokyo finished the regular season in second place with a 16-8 record, while Mitsubishi topped the seven-team standings at 17-7.

Toyota forward Charles O'Bannon, a former UCLA star, was named the MVP of the 2006-2007 season.
