Osaka Evessa forward David Palmer is the Circle K Sunkus Player of the Week, the bj-league announced Tuesday.
Palmer scored 42 points in the Evessa's 101-86 win over the Sendai 89ers on Sunday, helping his team complete a weekend sweep. He made 6 of 9 shots from 3-point range and was 9 of 13 from shots inside the arc.
Palmer also had 17 points in his team's 99-88 win on Saturday. A former Southern Utah University player, Palmer scored in double figures in 28 straight games.
