PARIS (AP) Mamadou Niang scored with four minutes remaining Sunday to earn Marseille a 1-1 draw at French leader Lyon and end a two-game losing streak.
Milan Baros gave the defending champion the lead in the 20th minute, but in the 86th Niang collected Djibril Cisse's flick, rounded goalkeeper Gregory Coupet and slotted home.
Both strikers then missed chances to win the match, with Lyon defender Eric Abidal clearing Niang's effort off the line and Marseille goalkeeper Cedric Carrasso twice denying Baros in injury time.
The result extended Lyon's unbeaten streak to five -- following a slump in which it lost three of four league matches -- and gave it 62 points from 28 rounds.
