Sendai 89ers coach Honoo Hamaguchi has been suspended for one game, the bj-league announced Thursday.
Hamaguchi received the ban due to his vocal criticism of the game officials last Sunday during his team's 82-79 road loss to the Toyama Grouses. Hamaguchi will not be on the sideline for Saturday's game against the Tokyo Apache at Ariake Colosseum. Tipoff is 6 p.m.
