Tokyo Yakult Swallows outfielder Norichika Aoki, who won titles for most hits and stolen bases in the Central League in 2006, said Monday he hopes to make a move to the major leagues via the so-called posting system sometime in the future.

"I told (Yakult officials) I would like to move to the majors after some years. It might be difficult to do so as a free agent since I'll be over 30 by then," Aoki said.

Yakult has said it is willing to more than double Aoki's salary for 2007 with an offer of around 140 million yen but Aoki is still undecided.
